These smaller pieces of jewelry exhibit the same attention to detail and intricate designs of the larger objects. The soerme headdress would have been worn with hanging pendants, displaying some of the same characteristics as these exhibited here. This combination created a lavish yet sophisticated complementary effect when a Turkomen woman wore all her headdress jewelry. The engselik, a variation of the tenecir, seems to be crowned by a butterfly motif.
