A seven generation member of the world-famous Wallenda Family and great grandson of Karl Wallenda, Nik Wallenda is known for his skill and daring on the high wire. Wearing this wardrobe, he set a Guinness World Record in 2008 for the longest distance and greatest height ever traveled by bicycle on a high wire. In 2009, Wallenda walked 1000 feet across the Allegheny River as part of his “Walk Across America” tour. In June 2012, he performed the incredible feat of walking over Niagara Falls and, in June 2013, he crossed a the Little Colorado River Gorge near the Grand Canyon on a two-inch-thick steel cable, 1,500 feet above the river.
