The tiny horseshoe-shaped playhouse (seating fewer than 300 patrons) is Rococo in style with three rising tiers, each featuring pastel and gold ornaments that reflect the glow of candle-like lamps. Decorative elements simulating precious jewels adorn the third tier, while a frieze of painted portraits grace the parapet of the second tier of boxes.
